Beyond the Titles
Over the years, I have been known by many titles: Broadcast Professional, Entrepreneur, Chief Strategy Officer, Writer, Photographer, and Short Filmmaker.
My professional journey began in television broadcasting, where I spent nearly fifteen years with leading international television networks such as STAR TV and Sony Pictures Networks. It was a demanding world that shaped both my career and the way I think.
Those years also shaped me as a leader and gave me the confidence to build, not merely manage. That journey led me to launch two Malayalam television channels, serving as Managing Director of SHALOM TV and later as Chairman & Managing Director of GOODNESS TV. Building these organisations taught me that vision alone is never enough. It is commitment, courage, and disciplined execution that turn ideas into reality.
Among the highlights of my broadcasting career was the opportunity to contribute to two historic global events involving Pope Francis. During the 2019 Papal Visit to Abu Dhabi, I led the Broadcast and Content Delivery Team, ensuring seamless television distribution across international broadcast platforms. In 2022, I served as Broadcast Consultant for the Apostolic Journey of Pope Francis to the Kingdom of Bahrain, overseeing the worldwide live telecast of the Holy Mass from Bahrain National Stadium on 5 November 2022.
Today, I serve as Chief Strategy Officer at SINTER MACHINES, Coimbatore. Every stage of my professional journey has reinforced one belief: among the many roles I have embraced, strategy continues to inspire me the most. It is where experience, curiosity, and purpose come together.
Yet work has never been the whole story. Beyond the boardroom, I write, compose lyrics, photograph people, and create short films. Each offers a different way of experiencing life. But all begin with the same curiosity about people and the world around us.
The titles have changed over the years. The person behind them has remained the same.
Looking back, I realise that the most meaningful chapters of my life were never planned in detail. They began with the courage to take the first step and the faith to keep moving forward.

A memorable milestone in my broadcasting career came in 2014, when I was recognised as the National Runner-Up Achiever at SONY Pictures Networks India. At the company's annual awards ceremony in Barcelona, Spain, I received an Audi Q3 from veteran actress Ameesha Patel, with SPN President Rajesh Kaul present at the occasion.

The assignment also gave me the privilege of working closely with internationally acclaimed live broadcast director Hamish Hamilton and his team from Done+Dusted, one of the world's leading live event production companies. Hamilton is renowned for directing some of the world's most celebrated live broadcasts, including the London 2012 Olympic Opening and Closing Ceremonies, numerous Super Bowl Halftime Shows, and other globally televised events. Working alongside a team of this calibre was both professionally enriching and an unforgettable learning experience.

The assignment also gave me the privilege of working closely with internationally respected live broadcast director Giovanni Fraeyman and his production team. Fraeyman is widely recognised for directing complex, large-scale multi-camera broadcasts of international sporting and ceremonial events, including the athletics coverage of the Tokyo Olympic Games, prestigious international horse racing championships, and numerous globally televised events. Collaborating with a professional of his calibre was both an enriching experience and another memorable chapter in my broadcasting career.
